Coolpex service is really excellent. Their technician are also very good in behaviour wise and talk in a very polite way.

Very poor customer service..there is no proper response for relocate.only at the time of purchase they are not busy any time they can come and fix..but in case of relocate they will say all technicians are very busy and it will take 4 to 5 days also one person will remove the unit and and on another day another technician will come for fixing. Really disappointed. We clearly given our time but they will come without our convenient time. We need to wait for them. useless and I recommend don't buy this..

As of my experience only with water coming from the purifiers is not good. It's only less TDS means, very very low. It tested by Coolpex agent only. There is no minerals in this water you know. you will get health Issues, I am bringing water from my friends home the purifier is Coolpex. Again, Just for care, don't drink water without minerals. you if add some minerals in that water it is good.
I think kuwait government is very good. They are already doing purification. That TDS is 120, it is perfect to Drinking water. So, No need the purifiers. Thanks to Kuwait Government.response / report this review -

I launched my complaint yesterday evening through customer care center that my Coolpex have some problem , and the person called Nikhil ( if I am not wrong) said the Technican will come next day morning and now 24 hrs finished nobody come and check, and then when I checked they said sorry forgot to launch complaint ,wow what a excellent service providing from Coolpex. I will share my experience with all my friends and members. Your unit need training to keep your company’s brand standard .
