  It's a good and all in one hypermarket. Very good service provided by sales men and women. Prices are less compared to all other supermarkets in Khaithan area. Anyway nice shopping experience..😊😊

  Its a good place for shopping
  Offers r available during special days
  Some items are Cheaper compaired to other shopping destinations.
  Good and fast billing sections compared to gulf mart and blue mart in the same area.

  Downscale place. I wouldn't recommend going there with family. They may have all the day to day grocery but they attract a whole lot of bachelor crowd that just comes there for nothing. Prices are not much different then other grocery stores. I would definitely not visit them again.

  For the first time I had a very bad shopping experience at Grand hyper, Khaitan Branch.Your team need to focus on customers rather than the pressure what they have at work place ..
  
  Please add in more staff. As a regular customer I could see your present staff are in pressure and the same is reflecting on customer satisfaction .
  
  I would not like to take the staff name but please concentrate on hospitality at all departments especially at butchery where they really don’t know what customer service is ..

  It's a good place to shop, especially if can't make it to the supermarket and need to grab a few items quickly. The downside: it's absolutely crowded!! Can't get through without bumping into other shoppers.
