They have recently remodeled their dining room and have opened a new salad bar. The menu is broad and changes on a daily basis. I strongly recommend making this a must try for anyone traveling in the greater camp buehring area.

Main Dfac isn't bad. They usually have several choices as far as main dishes and a short order line, a sandwich bar, and a salad bar. Oh and a desert bar too

If the meat isn't undercooked then it's overcooked. Everything else is overcooked so bad that it's either bone dry or so soft that you could turn it into mash. For some reason the Gatorade machine spits out carbonated Gatorade. Overall, nearly inedible. So in summary, decent for an Army DFAC.

New contract. Seems they spent more money on new uniforms and blue “decorations” than improving services. Trash is everywhere, paper towels are sparse, and you wait twice as long for half of the options now. Thanks new guys!
