I work in this building, cleanliness here is excellent but it's not commercial type, offices and shops are only competitive to top class citizens.

Visit His Essentials if you are looking for a decent barbershop. And there are a few restaurants and Starbucks on the main level.

It's a business office towers, has restaurant, in basement & ground floor.. very difficult to find free parking, valet parking is available,

No parking at all in or around the building but there is a multi storey across the road. Some cafes. British airways office and travel agents plus some other shops. The mall is raised. I didnt see a ramp but maybe round the back of the mall.

La Brassa restaurant in the basement is awesome. There are a collection of other shops here, but La Brassa is the reason to come.
