Starting with service.. they have the best service very kind and generous people you will feel like you are home when you live here .. Especially people like Abdullah , Jacklin and Aslam

This is a serviced apartment there is the good an bad, let me take you thru:
The good:
- It's in the middle of the city, everything is around you and so convenient.
- Opposite a police station, so no one will come around and race or make loud car noises
- They clean the room if you ask them to

The bad:
- Low quality everything
- Highly priced apartments
- Doors are made of single leaf wood which is substandard, easy to bend and hold no noise
- Cracks are everywhere
- Tight toilet and bad space management
- Police station is across the road and there are sometimes issues that will create noise

Expensive hotel with moderate services and facilities you can find a better hotel with the same price tag, but it's near to Mtaam street which have a lot of restaurants and also near to Geant hypermarket and 5th ring road but overall i believe there's a better choices in the same price tag and even cheaper like IBIS and Dalal Hotel.
