This is the Aramex pick pickup / drop off location. There is ample parking outside. The facility is clean and the staff efficient. I give it 3 stars (neutral score) because it is a parcel pickup / drop off facility in an industrial zone and there isn’t much that type of business can do to get more stars.

So if you buy anything that cost more than 2500 $ then you need to fill a form that they themselves don't know how to do . They will give you 21 days to resolve the issue but not answer any questions or emails. When you call you are assured things are ok until nothing happens and your back to square one.

The worst service ever!!!!!!!! I will never deal with this company again 0 professionalism
48 hours that I am trying to arrange a delivery and their agent on the phone were supposed to call back! Every time I have to call and explain my issue to a different agent that promise to call back and Doesn’t !
It is like I am the one that had to be at their service for a service I AM PAYING for end of the day, unhappy, frustrated and without my stuff

If you rely heavily on online shopping then you probably already use Aramex in Kuwait. The good thing about picking up your packages here is that they are rarely crowded and they have a good parking area out front.

My only problem with Aramex is that their home delivery guys seem to work only one shift, 8 to 5 , which happens to be my working hours as well. So if you don't have anyone to sign for your packages at home since you have to work for a living you will end up here, in Ardiya, picking up your own packages.

Seriously Aramex, you need to start some late deliveries program for the working class. We promise you we'll stay up.

I am shocked of Aramex services quality how its dropped in a short period, actually i was a customer specially with shop and ship, after many delayes in my shipment i decided to go for Postaplus and DHL. Even if i pay more for DHL but i will find a high quality and fast responses. Even if you want to send any feedback to Aramex, do not try no body will hear you bro ;)
I am so sad about that Aramex.
Are you thinking of open an account with them? Do not even think about it if you are not a reputed high business company, they will simply ignore you in a bad way :)

I called them for more than 2hours now the only thing thats getting worse is my mobile’s balance getting over. My shipment’s delivery is getting delayed and their branch is all the way in ardiya, i know there are other ones too but i’ve gone there and they told me to go to the ardiya branch to “resolve my issue” and I don’t have an issue i just want my shipment which i paid for.

Overly priced if paying by cash. Counter staff actually asked me to route my package through my company account if I want a discount. I later checked and noticed a cash customer would be charged kd25 for the location I was sending my package to but if the package was sent to the same location through a company account I have been would be charged kd8. I. E a whopping 75% discount. Since this was a confidentiality document I could not risk sending through company account. But I guess, this would be my last package ever through aramex.

Once upon a time, Aramex & Shop and Ship was good. Now they spoiled their name by worst customer care. Being a longtime member & a Flex subscriber, i can say that, this company disappointing their customers a lot nowadays. I started using parallel services now and I won't continue my FLEX membership anymore. I wrote an email to customer support 3 days ago. Don't even bother to reply till this moment. I got only an automated reply saying that customer support will respond 'shortly'. Pathetic state of poor customer care.

Most worest courier service i have ever seen, normal post office services are more faster than this, a shipment from china took 50 days to deliver after receiving to kuwait, and now from dubai it took 15 days just to deliver after receiving to kuwait.

I didn't try all the shipping methods they have, however; Shop&Ship service had prove its best solution for shopping from outside the country with a proper acceptable solution for returns, all of that with cost based on actual weight and not with volumetric weight, but the usual service still available by volumetric weight but not sure about total cost compared to competitors

Shop & Ship service is very nice.
Shipment is fast ,customer support is available by telephone and by chat on aramex website.prices are moderate compared to fedex.

Not far from Avenues Mall n Friday Market. Google Maps takes you right there. Plenty of parking.Place looks clean n personnel was helpful but customer service can improve. Must take a number for assistance. American Visas n Enquiries r processed here. Shipping concept not so good, lots of careless n unnecessary setbacks. Good working hrs.

Of late their business has increased but service quality has degraded severely. Registering a complaint or talking to them or even visiting their office does not help solve long outstanding delivery related issues. In short, they are very organized while taking shipment bookings but equally bad when it comes to quick and timely deliveries. Unless the situation is addressed seriously, they only stand to loose their business and reputation.

The idea of shop and ship in theory is great, but the poor customer service remains despite their new and nice renovation I was there and waited a good 10 minutes until I was called to a service counter which doesn't sound so bad except for the fact that there were three customers, including myself, and five S&S reps just chillin'
Then you have the basic cheap corporate tactics, I ordered five items from Amazon all of which arrived at the American Aramex office on the same day but for some "unknown" reason each item got packaged and shipped separately (ps. That unknown reason apparently leads to extra shipping charges rather than just bundling it all in one shipment like it was originally received from Amazon) so basically shipping came up to the same as getting it delivered directly with DHL Which is what I'll be doing.

The worst courier experience. Items stay in customs for more than a week. Delivery is always 3 days minimum after it reaches their delivery facility. Horrible company. Horrible staff. Horrible overall experience. I would suggest DHL and Fedex for decent alternatives. Stay away from Aramex and UPS.

I started dealing with them lately, good staff, great new service: shop & ship. I registered under flex program. Slightly expensive, really bad website, needs update and hard maintenance. Very good application, as for my 1st shipments, it was great to see the route of the shipment till it reached & i got it. ARAMEX needs to do reduce thier shipping charges a bit.

I'm so dissapointed with Aramex. I ordered a Gear S3 Frontier from Dubai. The parcel was cleared by customs 4 days back. After sending many emails asking when my parcel wil be delivered they just decided to ignore my emails. No answers and no parcel!!! This is the worst courier company I ever dealt with!!!

After its failed attempt to deliver last sat, i called them to send it in their branch in salmiya so i'll b the one to pick it up, came sun, mon, tuesday still in their warehouse in ardiya! Whew!!! items arrive into Kuwait and clear customs in a day and ends up in their warehouse for 3-4 days before your turn comes up for delivery. When iI call to beg quicker delivery, i am told no promises and I just need to be patient.
If i had patience i would have used normal post!
Bottom line: One star is still too much for this company.

So basically the shipment arrives in 3 days from US, which is fine but then u have to wait over 4-6 working days after release from customs just to get it from the warehouse to your home !!!!! The delay is unjustifiable !!!!! Even amazon knows better ;) if you pay for slow shipping they send your stuff with aramex and if you pay for faster then they ship with DHL, believe me i dont like to write reviews especially negative ones, but you guys need to work on your speed and efficiency, add for that small value items whem shipped they get outsourced for delivery with regular guys beyond duty hours not with official aramex delivery system , that was new ;0

This company is the baddest in the whole world. I advise them to work in any field except airmaill. They may succeed if they worked in restaurants delivery not more. I have a shipment that was supposed to delivered 2 weeks ago didn't arrive yet , they instructe employee to lie and lie so you can't know anything about your shipment.

10/11/2016. Another bad experience, I shipped a suitcase from Spain that was supposed to arrive 2 days ago and it's still at customs! Everything going irresponsibly slow and I can never count on them! Whereas I ordered something via DHL from Switzerland Monday 7/11 and I received it today!

I wanted to give them 0 stars but I had to give one star to review! They take five days to deliver the shipment after receiving it. They need me to call and confirm over and over and always miss the delivery day! And when the shipment out for delivery today, they say nobody was home and I didn't go no where. So now I still didn't receive my shipment so deliveries take more than 5 days with Aramex!! 7months ago

Currently under construction at the time of this review. Due to this, the waiting room was temporarily placed in a very narrow corridor, which was quite uncomfortable. Otherwise, the customer service employees were top notch, and quickly helped me with my inquiry.

very slow delivery
and the drivers are very slacking they try to smart on customers by making a quick 1 sec phone call " miss call" to make a " failed delivery attempt" because customer didn't answer, even if you call driver back in same time, he don't answer.

terrible coordination
when you call customer service to provide you the driver number after the delivery is established in website, they just don't give mobile number without any reason. have to wait all the day for " failed delivery attempt".

Never deal with this company 0/5, had to put 1 star to make post.
DHL are much better
