Another disastrous airline to fly with. Ever who works here sounds like a fresher who just joined the industry with no clue about what is happening in the world or in life for that matter. All they're good at is stick to the protocol set in the company; just get the flights from one place to another whether you have to lie, trick or whatever else needed to get the job done. They can cause a delay but the passenger cannot; even if he/she has not completed a travelling requirement or has left behind some important papers..hell with it..rush them on the plane or off it whichever is the easiest.
Here are some observations:
1)I agree serving alcohol is a promotion gimmick but at least take a moment to check your target audience: all labour class who are used to drinking industrial alcohol or something similar and they fly with you just for the booze! Consequences: After every food service you have to announce for a doctor since some poor bloke has had a stroke. A no professional flies with you so your staff end up trying CPR till the plane lands! And I wonder how lucky you guys are with that!
2) Before take off at least check if you enough fuel rather than delay the flight so much then after the passengers have gone to sleep land for refuelling!
The list is quite long.but overall the service sucks, the food sucks, just like all the aspects of your airline. And it's not like the rates or timings are any better
Moral of the story: Any airline to avoid unless it was a matter of life and death!

Worst service always delay flight 2 hours from kuwait to mumbai, why call people early in airport if you don't understand value of time. I suggest don't buy this ticket. Today my wife was travelling to mumbai my father-in law was pass away but due to worst service they delay flight by 2 hours, now they changing flight my wife and child are getting unnecessary harassed.this airlinies don't deserve one star also but to post k comment i have to give one star.

Recent flight from kuwait to Chennai which was delayed and on the tarmac for more than an hour without any information. Crew did not have an g explanation on the delay. Nor was an announcement made for the delay. Very bad service and experience which was not expected from jet
