  They told me that I needed to pay 3000kd for my repairs. 90%of what they asked me to change in parts had no problems. I went to a mechanic and paid 100kd and fixed my car.

  It's a fancy building yes and such a wonderful waiting area.. BUT ! Certainly you're not going for a stay.. you are there for the car service 😁 a huge rip off ! I've continued going for 5 years to the 60,000 service.. I don't use the car intensively however I use it on a daily basis.. that doesn't make a 7000kd car worth 77kd for a regular service AND not to mention that every time since I reached 30,000 they need to replace parts ! 3 services and every one of them I needed to change parts! Parts that are not included in the service list, that being said today I was disappointed fully by the cost that reached 556kd..added to103 for service (2 months before they told me that this service will cost 90kd..but yeah MAGIC happens I suppose) and the rest is for 4 parts a leakage that he didn't even clarify where it isa sensor located in the enginea hose in the air conditioner which he also didn't clarify it's useand the front lights.. yesadditional 556kdand this is why I disassociate myself from them.. And i cancelled the additional stuff and he offered 30% off..yeah..no thank you شويخ متروسة كراجات و يأخذون على شغل ايدهم فقط زيادة على سعر القطعة.. حتى حسافة اني سويت عندهم السيرفس
  UPDATE: the rear windows were said that it needed motor replacement, guess what happened, my windows work after the service that included changing 4 electrical wires! They were gonna make me pay 179.700kd for this!!!!! When it was an electrical issue not replacement of parts!
  And what is with the prices! They state that the part is 6.500kd added to 14.000kd consumablesand added to 84KD labour!!!!! What?!?!?!?
  So my bill is actually 75% Labour and 25% for parts!!!!! Are you joking! You told me you are using "special" equipments!!!! Does that make your mechanics more tired to require more Labour payment!
  I am so disappointed and yes I do appreciate all the staff and every worker but your prices is just making me regret that I bought my car in the first place
  For those who don't mind paying those amounts + not able to see the car while in service unlike every other brand I know of

  They did a good job for the buildingbut MAN sure they're expensive. The problem is not the spare parts are the expensive but the wage of the worker there.i think god create them from gold or something.
