Had an appointment and had to wait for 2 hours before l saw the consultant. There was no apology for this. The 'warm and friendly atmosphere' was also sadly lacking.

Its the place they created the 1 star ratings for, one of the most un-professional staff/nurses what happened is i took my mom who has a file at this center and who has done couple of blood tests a month ago here, to take a prescribed vitamin b12 injection, i went there and asked if its okay and if they provide this service, they confirmed then when i went in they made us wait and made my mom feel so uncomfortable as if they are making it for free. Three nurses in the 1st floor talking in Indian and ignoring us . We left and went to the local health care center to take the injection and they went back to their mobiles to finish their games.
