Last two years all my family, considered Al Rashid as our family hospital.
Even we had couple of negtive experiences (which i will share once responsible person reach me if necessary for them)
Today they exceed my patients in seconds !!
I wanted to make an appoinment with Dr Ahmd a Paediatric (young gentleman)
So i called and checked as per the operator he is suppose to be on duty 1pm to 3pm.
I went there by 12.30pm, when i asked the receptionists one gentleman said Dr Ahmd is there, i repeted several times is he the young gentleman but he was not that intersted said yes
I went to Doctors room as the Receptionist adviced, supricingly it was not the Doctor i was referring .
I came back to reception again with làdy nurse and informed reception thats not the doctor i requested he talk to the lady behind in arabic and informed me Doctor coming 1pm (which they should have done upon my first visit to reception) i informed its fineand he changed the receipt and gave me,
I went back to iting area and them my wife informed me that all the time we pay 10 KD why today 15KD..i went back to reception and inquire it..again reception talk to the lady in back and told me "ok will adjust the receipt balance 5 KD will reduce from injection doctor going to give my daugher..i was exited and asked how you know doctor will give injections without even observing my doughter???
I got so nurverse and asked to cancel my reservation
    I informed them its à joke ..

    Few concerns to share
    1. No appologizing even after 3 times customer was brought to reception.
    2. No courtesy as a reputed customer service provider
    3. Felt like employees treated customers as not important
    4. No confidence to go back to Al Rashid again

Al Rashid is one of the best hospitals in kuwait. They have a line of corteous staffs esp receptionists who are the frontline of the business. Unfortunately, today they have a bastard part timer named Hassan and he fails tremendously in customer service which is a disgust to al rashid .. as I found out he is currently acting admin officer since the current one is on leave.. I must say, you suck as a part timer and you suck at your job. You're a disgust and a disgrace to the hospitals good reputation

A star is more than enough for this hospital this doctor called sahar is rubbish careless waste of money and time seriously after 7 months of treatment and spending money in useless medicine just because the doctor wants to make more money from patients my advice to go a regular clinic rather than going there

I worked in Al Rashid hospital for 3 years from May 2009 until June 2012. The hospital was quite small but surprisingly with built in 6 floors accommodating in patients. The nurses, doctors, receptionists and porters were the nicest way back then. There were few people though who were unhappy and rude. The prices for check ups, laboratory work ups, minor procedures, etc., were a lot cheaper compared to the other private hospitals in Kuwait. What I don't like in this hospital was the late salary payment. Normally, we received our salaries on the first week but there were times it reaches until the third week of the month. I hope that the management did work on this one. The pharmacist used to give us very minimal discounts like 50 fils, at least there was! The thing is that they were not open for 24 hours, i hope they changed it as they have patients admitted overnights. The 3 asian ER doctors were all amazing. Our hostel was just few blocks away, it was spacious with 4 bed rooms in a flat. The odd thing was that, they mixed different nationals in a flat. The basic salary for nurses was 250kd which was then a standard pay for nursing aids in other private hospitals. The contract was 3 years and there were no increments nor incentives and when you want to renew with them, it will be another 3 years for a minimal salary increase. And this was the reason why I left, staffs were not properly compensated, basically.
