The worest place ever. You can wait for ages just to take your medication from the pharmacy. Despite the plenty of worker, workflow is extemely slow.

I am very impressed with how efficient the casualty department was. I went there with chest pain and the process to assess and treat you works really smoothly. Xrays were done straight away. Doctor and blood test nurse were just amazing. In comparison to some other European countries Mubarak hospital has very high standards.

Was patient in this hospital for three days two nights recently, I have broken ribs and was not able to get out the bed or anything else without help. Blood was coming from my IV, I tried to call the night nurse with no results, no one checked on me for FOUR HOURS, the call button did not work. I had reported it the previous day. Blood was on the bed, the floor and on me. Not good

The worst hospital in the world, I call it the hospital of death. Bad doctors, bad reception, bad service, crowded always and security individuals are rude I've been to there and I stayed 7 hours and they told me you're fine and you have nothing. A month later, I went to a private hospital and they told me I have a stone in the kidney. I could give this hospital a negative stars if I could.

If there were a lower point than 1 I would diffenitly rate it.. this hospital lacks everything! This hospital is rated the lowest in Kuwait for their staff, building age, parking, rooms and Health! The ICU smells like grilled onions! Visiting hours are not followed, the nurses never help or smile.

Doctors are Great, But the security guards in door miss treat expats. Every time I go I see a fight there. In the door. And always I have seen security guards doesn't let poor people to have their turn. When these people complain to senior security, they kick off the person who complain. If I need medicine this will be the last place for me to choose.

Really good medical care. They cover all departments. Staff is very professional and friendly. Only bad thing is the building itself because its really old. Other than that i would've gave it a 5 star.
