doctors are like always on a hurry. they didnt even check me up properly and had a wrong diagnosis. had to go to a private clinic where i've treated properly
The worest place ever. You can wait for ages just to take your medication from the pharmacy. Despite the plenty of worker, workflow is extemely slow.
I am very impressed with how efficient the casualty department was. I went there with chest pain and the process to assess and treat you works really smoothly. Xrays were done straight away. Doctor and blood test nurse were just amazing. In comparison to some other European countries Mubarak hospital has very high standards.
It serves the Hawalli Governorate and covers about 700,000 people in the area. It consists of all departments.
I don't know why such a rich country with such an educated workforce can't run their health care better. The hospital is appaling!
Was patient in this hospital for three days two nights recently, I have broken ribs and was not able to get out the bed or anything else without help. Blood was coming from my IV, I tried to call the night nurse with no results, no one checked on me for FOUR HOURS, the call button did not work. I had reported it the previous day. Blood was on the bed, the floor and on me. Not good
if there's less than one i would go for it, from my view i guess Africa has hospitals better than this
In reception person, I don't know his name, but he is speaking irrespective, I went with my friend for emergency, but he is saying, this hospital cannot do anything, go to abu halifa, I said, it's an emergency, please first aid, he is telling me to go outside, also telling are you crazy?
هو قل انت مجنون، يطلع بره
Great clean hospital been trying to call the night nurse for the last hour no answer what if it life emergency
Very slow service. Too much patience waiting for their turn to be check up by doctor. Almost 3 hours of waiting. Their system of accomodating the patience is very slow.
I hope no body need to enter hospital 🏥
Always crowded
Must pay 5 kd for enter
The State of Kuwait has provided great attention to the Health District, which serves all individuals residing in the country from citizens to expatriates, providing them with medical care.

And strive to be the best in the world in all the services provided to those who live in the State of Kuwait.
Mubarak Al Kabeer is one of the biggest hospitals in Kuwait , it is a government public hospital , they provide excellent medical Care on all specialities , thumbs Up to ministry of health in Kuwait , the high level of medical care in this hospital can not be found on many Western countries .
The worst hospital in the world, I call it the hospital of death. Bad doctors, bad reception, bad service, crowded always and security individuals are rude I've been to there and I stayed 7 hours and they told me you're fine and you have nothing. A month later, I went to a private hospital and they told me I have a stone in the kidney. I could give this hospital a negative stars if I could.
I hope to God I never have to go there ever again
It was my first experience in a public hospital
Amazing doctors
Very helpful and kind nurses
Good stuff 👌
Needs a map to go from one department to another. Bad or nil directory.
Hope they improve the services one day.. poor patient experience
I want medician for yelargi i have to much yelargi ppplllzzz after you tell me ppplllzzz
If there were a lower point than 1 I would diffenitly rate it.. this hospital lacks everything! This hospital is rated the lowest in Kuwait for their staff, building age, parking, rooms and Health! The ICU smells like grilled onions! Visiting hours are not followed, the nurses never help or smile.
Worst hospital in the world, bad security dirty place, so crowded especially in the emergency department.
Is this man admitted to your hospital? No food has been sent to a hospital from here. Please give the name of the hospital.
The lady staffs are a joke ! Seems like they got the job after passing the 5th grade third time revisiting for wrong information provided !
Doctors are Great, But the security guards in door miss treat expats. Every time I go I see a fight there. In the door. And always I have seen security guards doesn't let poor people to have their turn. When these people complain to senior security, they kick off the person who complain. If I need medicine this will be the last place for me to choose.
What a shame! All this money spent for this!
One of biggest Public hospital at Kuwait
The doctors are really good
They are so busy but trying to be professional
The hospital needs to be more organized with smart systems and well educated administration stuff
Really good medical care. They cover all departments. Staff is very professional and friendly. Only bad thing is the building itself because its really old. Other than that i would've gave it a 5 star.
A good hospital. A bit old but still very accessible treatment and cost friendly.
They are a bit understaffed in the diagnosing area. if you have a cold or allergies i would have gone to the gov clinic in block 6 you will finish 10 times faster.
Very old hospital and crowded. It is so big and unorganized you can get lost in it easily.
Evidence based medicine. Good capabilities and lab. .appointments may be far away but it's because it's busy
