  I very much like this Tower. I visited this Alsanabel tower for Air ticket to change my Jet Airwase ticket at this towerAt Third flore. Also I Enjoy the coffie with break fast.

  The visit to This building will give you a headache, the parking is a mess, the way to the building is hard due to streets construction at the moment. The ministry of higher education is located inside, you can find lots of groceries and coffee shops too

  Nice placerelaxing for cafe or small meetings many of parking spaces outside floor no. 25 is a praying area. Wide and clean. Quiet place not crowded not noisy. Easy to reach from sea side Gulf road.

  Absolutely no parking spaces at peak times as the tower itself has no integrated parking.

  Home to various business establishments that cater to various walks of life. May it be just for relaxing for a cup of coffee; fine dining in a quick pace; venue & shop for boardgames and collectible trading cards; healthy choice consumables or just lounging around

  It's a small business tower so busy until 4pm then after very calm with some cafes, health supermarket, gyms and some few stores.
