One of the tallest landmark in kuwait. Many shops available in ground floor. Turkish visa application centre, coffee shops, stationary shops, mobile shops etc. Lots of parking place available opp ground. Higher application and appointment can be taken from Top net stationary shop in ground floor.

A skyscraper with no parking. This building houses the Ministry of Higher Education, the German Embassy's visa processing center, and a few other businesses. Elevators are split up by floor ranges and the interior of the building is designed well. However, parking is difficult as there's only a handful of spots in the plot of land nearby, and you will most likely have to park in the sandy unzoned land further away from the building.
