Staffs here is really friendly and kind to reply customers inquiry. Also the cleaning service is good. The public transportation here is convenient to go every tourist sites while airbus stop just at the opposite road of hotel. And so many stores nearby the station. I would like to choose it if i go to Korea again. ☺👍

Excellent experience! Good room, service and fair price. Just a minor complaint regarding the breakfast. It has very little variety of foods. Just as a comparison, I have been to Ibis Budget in São Paulo, Brazil. The breakfast there was MUCH better and also cheap.

The location is very convenient. There is an airport bus that stops right across the road so traveling to and from the airport is easy. The underground railway in Seoul has a lot of staircases, so travel by bus is better. The hotel is closed to DDP, a must visit attraction in Seoul. The room is clean and tidy but is rather small for three. We only found out that the room is so crowded when arrived, that is hard to imagine by just looking at the photo on the website. One annoying thing is that the bed was not comfortable. The bed has two levels, my kid slept on the top that is single bed and the lower level is a double bed. Because of the small size of the room, there is no other chair/sofa available. Guest has to sit on the side of the bed to watch TV or rest. That side of the bed is sloped outside and has a concave shape in the middle. The hotel might need to turn the bed more often.

Friendly and helpful staff at the reception; clean room and comfortable. I am impressed with the hotel commitment to stay green by not having disposables.

Stayed at this hotel in June 2015 and a great experience. Only one time I had an issue with the bedding being changed but other than that it was fine. Great location for shopping, right around the corner from DDP. Great central location for all the subway lines so you literally can get around with no real issues. Definitely considering using it again when I return for my second trip

Was on the 6th floor. The rooms were small but extremely clean and nice. Would definitely go baxl/ recommend to a friend. The service was also very good and the all you can eat breakfast, although a little pricey, was good.

Great location. Just a 3 minute walk from exit 4. Clean rooms, comfy beds, though it's small it wasn't the ones without space for you to breathe. Free gym and sauna, which was great. You need to pay for breakfast, but it wasn't expensive.
