One of the best known hotels in Korea with good swimming pools and fitness center facilities. Restaurants are very good but quite expensive and the brunch buffet restaurant always needs reservation to gets a seat. Sometimes very crowded with weddings and tourist coming to hotel tax-free shop so it might take a lot of time to get the car when you use the valet service. Overall service quality is quite high.

Always good food with great service. Shilla Korean restaurant LaYeon is one of best Korean restaurant with great ambience. Good for family gathering and business meals.

This is definitely the best hotel in Seoul and lives well up to its reputation. It is classy, it is luxurious and with wonderful and helpful staff. Lots of business is conducted in its facilities and has one of the most beautifully traditional convention centre, but it also has excellent family facilities.

Probably the best 5 star hotel in Korea. From the front desk to the rooms and bathrooms, its all top notch. They offer help in multiple languages as well. Absolutely loved it.

The hotel is gorgeous and the food is delicious, though overpriced. Unfortunately for those who wish to just grab a bite with friends or on a date in a beautiful setting on the weekend, prepare to be mobbed by people. The hotels reputation as being beautiful draws massive crowds and there can be a wait for dinner or other services.

Renovated with modern style. Located in the center of seoul, so you can travel all around of great places in Seoul. At the executive lounge on 23F, the top of the hotel, you'll be relaxed with romantic night view. This is the best in Seoul.

We stayed at a Executive Business Deluxe for one night. The best thing is its staffs. They are so professional and helpful to the guests. The Shilla provided the most perfect service among the hotels worldwide I have ever stayed. The guests who stayed Excecutive classed room. They can access the Executive lounge for free and this is huge pros. You would't worry about the food, it provided 4 meals a day!!. You would be enjoying unlimeted alchol beverage. The cons is the room. It seems a little too small even though its executive class one. The room has few character, but it was perfectly clean and comfortable. I strongly recommend you to stay Executive class room. You would have a fantastice service and meals. Thanks for reading.

I would call this the perfect hotel if it wasn't so pricy. But all in all this is the most complete hotel I have ever been at. Perfect staff and service and rooms are spotless. Perfect location in the middle of everything. Might use some diversity on the food selection at breakfast but you can manage. I enjoy my stay there everytime as if it's the first
