Good location in Dongdaemun, with the limousine bus stop right in front of hotel. Rooms are clean. However, the gym is in a tiny room with only 2 treadmills and 1 stepper

Poor internet access in the room. Unorganized due to the fact that we have booked the room for three people with an extra bed, but the staffs prepared only two set of everything needed. Only an old, small convenience store nearby. Usually quiet and not so much shops around. The only good thing is it's pretty close to the public transportation and have the airport limousine bus stop from the airport.

The location makes it convenient for us. The closes subway entrance is about 4-5 minutes away, and the Dongdaemun shopping area is just a 10-15 minute walk. Staff is friendly and they give us complimentary water everyday, which is nice when it's 90 degrees outside.

Very good location. Airport bus stops in front of hotel. 5 minutes' walk to nearby stations. Staff at reception are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable.

Highly recommended. Reached by 11.30am and assigned room not available yet, the front desk offered to reassign the room so we can check in earlier.
Location very strategic, there's convenient store opposite, within waking distance to Dongdaemun shopping malls. Plenty of eateries around.

Average size room that was clean. Internet became unusable at times and coffee in the room was so weak we had to use 2 per cup, and there's no milk or even whitener.

A well maintained place to stay for your trips., Friendlier staffs and easy to locate as if you are new in town., Well connected to the nearest hangouts & Markets in Seoul.,

2 min's walk from the MRT station, 1 min walk to the local Supermarket, and about 5 min's walk to the LOTTE duty free shopping malls and some famous local cuisines.
Reasonable price is also good.
Break fast buffet has a little choices, but it seems like hand maded by one cheif..response / report this review -

Easy access to public transportation. Within walking distance to underground train. In the vicinity of convenient store and restaurant. Reception staff and housekeeping staff are polite, helpful and efficient.
