  Suppose to stay 2 nights but become 3 nights.. Value for money..good location in Seomyeong.near metro..room are clean with big bathroom..hot/cold shower good water pressure even on 7 of 9 floor..Korean vegetarian breakfast, why not ?, Will definitely be back if in Busan.

  This place was small, but the cleanliness trumps that. We really enjoyed how everything was in such good condition. The limited (only vegetarian) breakfast was ok, but could have been better with some butter for the toast.

  Sorry, sorry and sorry. that's what we heard from the hotel manager. We stayed in this hotel already few times whenever we have trip to Busan and overall satisfy with the room and included breakfast. However, last month when we arrived early morning (6am) to find that they just gave away our booked room to someone else, though we already told them we will arrive with the early morning plane and still need the room to check in.
  So we also feel sorry for their back management and communication.

  Good location. Rooms were clean and big enough. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good Price/quality relation. The street was not so nice, but it was not a problem.

  Being from the states, needed place in busan. Cheaper, cleaner and better than most 5 star hotels. Its a goldmine of a find. And food is better than best western breakfast. Clean and tasty. Wont find any better in crowded busan. Little hard to find but idea location for sightseeing and shopping. Most of all, its cheap if they have rooms available that is. Hope this helps

  The room is clean and spacious. The residence also serves Korean breakfast in the morning. Great value hotel stay in Busan!
