Rooms were a bit dated, however the facilities were quite new especially the gym. Really impressed with the quality of the breakfast buffet lots of with lots of options to choose from. Hotel is located 5 mins next to the subway station.

1. Service was great. Kind and wonderful staffs with professionalism. (Especially, Ms Julie Park at the counter. Thank you.)
2. Room and other facilities, especially Sauna, fitness and swimming facilities were nice.
3. Very strategic and convenient transportation location.
4.Neighborhood with many delicious food restaurants around.
5. Free Busan City tour organized by Lotte Hotel Busan. Meaningful and valuable trip by dedicated tour guide staffs.

Very good! Nice breakfast but be aware that you are not in the business sector more like the entertainment sector! If you are doing business in the Hyundae area this is at least 30 mins away!

Large room with classical interior design.
Fantastic night views.
Good amenities.
Some people may feel the room is a bit too dark.
Staffs with kind and professional services.
Good quality breakfast buffet.
Located in downtown, so it's fairly easy to travel to other parts of the city by using either public transportation or cars.

We usually stay at nicer hotels when travelling but this tops the list. A spacious room with great amenities, great access to shopping, and most of all exceptional spa service and concierge. I had a 2hr massage and it was the best i had experienced. I had to take a newly established train which didnt take foreign credit cards and the concierge, chloe, booked using her personal card and we charged the room. What a concept. The best hotel experience

Very similar to the Lotte Hotel in Seoul Myeongdong. Same pros and cons.
The club suite with king bed that I booked was classy and relatively spacious; well appointed and clean. The main reason I went with a club suite was the included breakfast: it made the price quite a bit more expensive, and the buffet breakfast was by far not worth it (I heard the restaurant is good, albeit overpriced; this was at the club on the 17th or so floor if I remember well); not bad, but limited choices.

Awesome hotel. Very formal. I was lucky enough to have my trip paid for. They offer a package with breakfast and happy hour with unlimited drinks for only 40,000 won. I highly suggest getting the extra package. Rooms are a bit expensive at 232,000 per night. Location is great right next to a large district in Busan.
