Rooms are great and quiet, with a service staff that is friendly and detailed. Location is okay but you will need to grab a taxi if you want to eat something decent or get more entertainment, though because of its location you're not going to have a horde of cabs waiting outside the hotel at all times like some more centrally located hotels. The room service food is certainly worthy of a 4* hotel.

Stayed during a business trip to Suwon. Great place. Breakfast is not so great. Clean and spacious room. People at the front desk are supportive.

It's great for the mid-level hotel and cost. The rooms are clean and amenities. There are a few choices for restaurants inside hotel that are all good. The staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful.

Great amenities but not many restaurants or things to do in the immediate vicinity. The palace and fortress is doable 20-30 min walk.

nice buffet compare to the price you pay. similar high quality with more food in hotels Seoul you might have to pay double. but this is good enough to enjoy

This is a great hotel with accommodating employees. The buffet style restaurant in the hotel was a good spot for breakfast and dinner. There are private conference rooms in the restaurant for business meetings which were convenient. The fitness center is small, and kept rather warm so if you're looking to work up a good sweat it should do the trick. Also, the AC in the room wasn't as cold as I'm used to although that seems to be the standard for this area. Overall I would recommend this hotel and enjoyed my stay.

Stayed here 150+ nights over 10 months, and can't say enough good things about this hotel, how it's managed, and every single employee!
Service is perfect in every aspect, rooms are nice (the only problem that I've had that wasn't solved is that in the winter some rooms are consistently too hot -require opening the windows in the winter-, others too cold; a little warmer than you might expect in the summer, but not a problem), lounge is comfortable for work and its food usually good and definitely plentiful. It's exceptionally well managed, everything is made to simplify your business travel, and every single employee that I've had the pleasure to interact with over this long period was professional, effective and friendly (a few felt like family :-)).
Don't hesitate for a second if you're in Suwon for business (they'll likely help you get to work too!).
Its location is good, even though I haven't found much to eat that I liked within walking distance. It's 10 minutes by taxi to Ingyedong, 12 minutes to Suwon Station (W5500). Google doesn't work too well in South Korea, but I've added some of my favorite restaurants on the map with a review:-).response / report this review -

Nice hotel, tasty breakfast. Some small 24/7 shops are nearby. Most of the people who stay there are on the biz trips. I liked the idea of the bathroom with glass walls.

Nice hotel, with a stunning view of the city. We stayed on the concierge level and really enjoyed it. My only complaint is when I called the staff on the room phone I had an excessive wait each time. The location is great and I would stay here again
