Not so clean, heat is controlled by front desk you may get heat and my not when it's cold.

Such a lovely place with a great location and interesting roomssuper nice staff helped us with all our questions about shopping and sightseein..free breakfast. free WiFi. free parking. moviespopcorn..coffee..the lot

I stayed there while visiting my boyfriend in the army. They were very hospitable and helpful. They were also reasonably priced. I am from the united states and stayed there by myself-- I always felt safe. They also gave free unlimited coffee from their new coffee shop and were continually offering it to me and my boyfriend whenever we came in and out. They had one person who spoke good English and the others spoke broken English, but we were able to communicate well enough.

Clean rooms, close to markets, shopping, good price. Enough English spoken to get a room without hangul.

Pros: Good amenities - whirlpool tub; many complementary items, bath products, mini-fridge stocked with water and OJ; desktop computer in the room; location close to many services and mall; courteous and helpful staff.
Cons: no closet or drawer space; no microwave in rooms, no view from windows, bed was hard, universal remote controls everything but complicated to use.
All in all, a pretty good place to stay.response / report this review
