Location is very good; 2 min walking to metro green line and 5 min away from airport bus stop 6015 at Ibis hotel. Hotel is located in the heart of Myeongdong; eateries and coffee shops are everywhere. You will be spoilt by choices.
Room is compact but functional. Breakfast is simple but adequate. If you like shopping at Myeongdong, Metro is the hotel for you.response / report this review -

Pretty much couldn't have had a better hotel for our trip. Located in the nw corner of myeongdong and a few steps away from the line 2 (green) subway line. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We were very pleased with our experience here. The staff were all friendly and helped us out when some of our family were feeling unwell. The breakfast was tasty and varied, and showed a good understanding of what foreign travellers were looking for in the morning (great coffee too!). The room was comfortable and clean. The extra facilities (such as laundry and air purifiers) were useful. Everything was intuitive and it all "worked", which was both comforting and relaxing. This will be our hotel of choice in future visits to Seoul.

Clean room and very comfortable pillows and bed. Modern and simple design. Easily accessible from incheon airport by bus 6015 followed by a 10min walk. Myeongdong shops are just a stone's throw away. Had a minor glitch with my room key card after 11pm but lucky thing the security was able to help. Note that recep closes from 11pm to 7am.

The hotel was convenient for shopping and travelling to other places. Rooms were nice size with luggage space too. Service is also really good with patient and friendly staff.

Reasonably priced. Fantastic location in the middle of Jung gu district. Very query at night. Clean and modern. Friendly, helpful staff.
Our room 602 was tiny with just enough space to walk around the bed. Although other rooms appear to be quite spacious. Bed was rock hard and bouncy and we spent most of the night waking each other up. This was the worst part of our stay and the reason why they lost a star.

Excellent location! (~2 mins walk to subway station and located right within Myeongdong area) Shuttle bus to Airport was within along distance too. We booked directly from the hotel and were given complimentary buffet breakfast. Their breakfast was awesome too! Stayed for 5 nights and we had our breakfast every single day in the hotel :) Staff was very very quick and prompt in their replies as well, booking through email directly with the hotel was a breeze. We will certainly return to Hotel Metro on our next visit to Seoul!

Front desk and Security staff were very nice and extremely helpful on our first family trip to Seoul. Location is perfect. It is right in the middle of everything and many of the tourist destinations are easily within walking distance. Would definitely recommend Metro to people who are traveling with children (like I did) and hope to go back soon
