Decent residence hotel in the downtown of Seoul. Great location, spacious rooms, good parking lots and well-maintained property dispite of aging. Guests are mixture of short-term Asian tourists, long-term Middle Eastern medical tourists and locals who own their units. Family & kids friendly!

Pros: Hugh room, close to central city sightseeing area like City Hall and Duksoogung.

Cons: It smells. Probably due to the type of foreigners it caters to. Also they could not quite fix the dryer. I will not come back.

If you stay in Seoul longer than a week, this is the place to stay. very convenient location and very roomy and spacious. Would absolutely stay there again!

Very good hotel with big apartment rooms. Good for families with kids. Especially good breakfast with lot of varieties and friendly staffs.

Service was smooth and easy for the first night, but on day 2 the bathroom had a major pipe clogging that couldn't be fixed immediately.

The technician who came up to fix it told us that it would be done the next day, but on day 3 the exact same problem happened. A different technician appeared and gave us the exact same response, saying that it would be fixed the next day.

All in all, the extremely disgusting situation left a very bad impression on my family and myself.
