Actual room doesn't look like the one on the photo in Agoda. Housekeeping literally knocked me out of the room when I said I'm checking out late (advised them the night before)--reminders are welcome but her knocking so hard and putting all her cleaning stuff inside my room while I was still there was a bit rude. Nonetheless, price is okay, area is quiet and it is conveniently located near two metro stations and a lot of tourist spots.

We stayed for 6 days during 1st-2nd week of November 2017. The place is clean, with the essentials like aircon, cable tv, wifi, telephone, ref, kettle, and bathroom with towels, heater, and toiletries. Wifi is very good, although the breakfast wasn't and we still opted to eat in nearby convenience stores. Bed is also spring. Fit for budget travellers and want to be near cultural areas like Bukchon Village, Gyeongbokgung Palace, and Insadong Art Street. It is also near the area where locals eat dinner and drink.

Budget room with the essentials. Clean bedding and towels. Good lighting. Great location. Helpful staff. TV and AC. Made this place home for a few days! Shower isn't separate in the bathroom, but you'll get used to it.

Excellent service, great owners and extremely helpful.
The room has everything you need, the bed isn't the most comfortable you will ever sleep in but given the below points I rate it 5 out of 5:
✓ security is top notch, hotel is certified by the tourism board and surveillance cameras are installed. The grandma sleeps in the reception with her cute dog so you will always have help if ever needed
✓ clean and comfortable overall
✓ owners as mentioned are very hospitable and kind
✓ cheap while near main streets and shopping areas, great location
✓ respectful of others religions and cares for muslims and non-halal cutlery, fridge space, mosalla etc..
