商務型飯店, 有小廚房及洗衣機, 並位於首爾二手市場旁, 也有很多食堂在附近, 很方便~~

I stayed there december last year, really liked the place and the receptionist was very helpful. Definately gonna stay there in future.

They call it residence, and yes the rooms have kitchenette and washing machine but absolutely nothing else is provide. By this, I mean they don't provide you with detergents, basic cutlery (not even a fork), not a single dish, pot nor pan. Otherwise, it's a pretty clean and quiet place that is conveniently located and comfortable to stay. Just don't expect it to be somewhere you can easily do cooking and wash your clothes.
