Location is great but not having restrooms in the room is sort of cumbersome for the price paid.

Like others have said, after encountering the snarky staff, hidden fees, and room the size of a closet, I chose to use my resources elsewhere. I recommend saving $100 and deploying yours in the following way: 1. skip this place 2. instead sleep in the the free nap room with beds down the hall then 3. use the free showers next door for transit passengers and then 4. buy entrance into one of the nearby lounges to relax, eat, and drink. There are too many quality (some free!) amenities in Seoul airport to recommend this lame hotel.

It's not a 'bad' hotel, because it's not a hotel. This is a place to rent rooms in 6 hour blocks without having to leave the airport. You do *not* have to go through international customs and exit the airport and this is why this place exists. I had a 14 hour layover which I booked 12 hours for about $150 US. It's not a bargain, it's not something that you'll look forward to staying at next time. The staff is so-so, the lounge is not very good and you're better off eating anywhere else in the airport.

Spend extra time and go elsewhere, there is a lot of hotels just minutes from the airport. Not the best value for your money. Zero customer service, staff hang up on me twice over the phone as they couldn't understand what i'm asking for. Charged my CC twice - refunded but refund took a while plus extra fee for exchange Great airport, amazing transit, but the hotel could try better.

I stayed here twice during my long layover trip. It was very convenient hotel located inside the airport. If you have time and energy I would suggest you go through immigration and check-in in a nearby hotel at the airport. The first time I checked in they only allowed me to stay in for 12 hours and the price is $$$. The 2nd time, they asked me what time do I want to check out, when I told them that I'll be staying for 15 hours, they charge me for the extra 3 hours (12 hr + 3 hr = $$$$). The room where I stayed are clean but the bed sheets and towels are so rough as if it was soaked in a cornstarch and dried it under the sun, the floor was dusty like it hasn't been vaccum and the wall is way tooo thin that you can even hear people flushing their toilets, tv, talking or closing their doors. It was so thin that you can't even sleep because of the noises. I don't mind paying for an expensive hotel as long as I'm comfortable but this hotel didn't give me that satisfaction.

In the Incheon Airport, the only glaring negative experience that I went through was the transit hotel. The desk lady was giving an air of attitude to me. Also, nowhere in the hotel did notepads exist. Not in the bedroom and not at the reception desk. When I asked the receptionist to write down my checkout time, she gave me a weird look and had to write down the checkout time on a card. In addition, I sensed xenophobia from her. Which is extremely uncalled for, she works in an international airport. What a weird hotel not to have any form of blank paper to write on.
