This is my third stay with them and I can say that I have not a better experience with any other hotel. Everything from hospitality to luxury to satisfaction is perfect. Highly recommend.

Stay a night with my family during weekday. The room is quite big and the view from the hotel is stunning. Sad that the weather wasn't too good on the day I checked in couldn't see much. The next day morning the view was really good. They have nice kitchen facilities and close to big mall Lotte mart. You can buy a bottle of wine and some things to cook for yourself. Big Hyundai outlet mall is nearby if you would like to do some shopping can be a good options too. Overall of my experience this hotel is very clean and comfortable to stay. I definitely come back to stay again.

Very up market hotel/Apartment complex. Rooms are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are very warm and welcoming.

The room was very nice; it had a mini kitchen, washer/dryer device, walk in shower with a sauna option and a bathtub, and the toilet had a bidet built in. The view at night is really nice with all of the city lights.

Beautiful, modern, high rise hotel which made the stay in Incheon very comfortable. The rooms are spacious with magnificent views, the staff attentive and the facilities are what you would expect from a high end hotel.

This is 5-star hotel. Room is very spacious and clean. Staffs are very well trained and nice. Close to the train station and you can walk to Lotte Mart from B1 or on ground level. Restaurants are close by. However, I do not recommend eating at the hotel restaurant because they are over priced for quality of food and drinks. You can get much cheaper and better quality Korean meals if you don't mind walking for 5 minutes. Anyhow, I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Around 40 minutes away from the airport. The hotel is clean and nice with basic kitchen appliances.
