Fantastic customer service but facilities a bit old. Also wash all cups before using. Visible lipstick still on supposedly clean coffee cups.

Nice little place to stay on a layover. Charming building and excellent breakfast. Take short walk around the corner up the hill to a park that has 360 ocean view. Included my pics I took at the park. Free airport shuttle.

It's just such a nice little place to stay if you're on a stopover and don't want to hang around at the airport. Definitely coming back.

We stayed there for a night coming back from Japan and going to the U.S.. The staff was nice, welcome, and pretty accommodating. There was even a shuttle service to take us to and from the airport. We ate one meal at the restaurant. The food was not the best.

This is place for one night for example when your flight is delay. If you have to stay for long time like week is not very good but not bad. The rooms are worm but in the hall and restaurant is cold.

I've used this hotel for transit.Facility was old,but customer service was nice.Especially,this hotel provided pick up service to the airport through I arrived midnight.I want to use again.

The room was clean. The linens were clean and smelled quite fresh. The shuttle was totally on time. The AC was fair, it only cooled to about 24 degrees C. but was adequate. Noise control was excellent. The restaurant was sub-par with a very below average service quality and although it is said to be opened 24 hours a day that is not true. The front desk ( one person) was not welcoming, not engaged, was not helpful but was fluent in English. The hotel is "smoke free" but there was the smell of stale cigarette smoke in some areas. There is NOTHING of any interest near by. I would not recommend. The interior is dated and needs an uplift. It doesn't appear to be cared for.

Very nice room. Absolutely love the theme. nice staff and love the secluded location. However the breakfast is pretty shocking..
