Service was okay but the hotel policy is changed from time to time and not communicated properly. Room is old with rusty feeling. Will not go back anymore.

Room is nice but a little old. But that is the theme of the hotel I guess, traditional. Missing a standard standup shower. Just a bath. Room is big and spacious. Overall a good stay here.

I’m so triggered, the pool is for adults only? I want to kill myself. I actually wanted to swim. Disapoiintted sk triggereeeed. I would curse but i’m a nice sexy god.

Very good hotel, in one of the fanciest parts of the city (which by the way is great). would like to say thanks and congratulations to a very good professional named Mr. Mike Chung (service manager) : if you have a problem, call him and he will solve it for you. the type of person you need when you away from home

A nice and elegant hotel in Gangnam, South of the city, with its own character.

Parking staff, check-in staff, and restaurant staff all spoke rather rudely. Please go if you want to be treated like servants.

    Old furniture
    Old style
    Service was only ok
Spa was also old and typical Asian style, nothing on international standard.
Breakfast was quite good. It felt far away from everything

Comfortable, not much to see around it though. Prices are alright. Pool area and fitness center are really great.

Classic older style hotel catering to the upper end of the market. Staff generally has a good command of English and truly want toake your stay enjoyable. Beds are super and while the rooms are not large they more than make up for this in style and character.

Deserves it's five stars. Kooky and kitsch at the same time, typical excellent Korean service and the bang for buck felt amazing. Plenty of Ferraris and other exotica outside during.our stay. Gangnam style

I have been a faithful guest of the Imperial Palace Hotel since early 2000s, always coming here when on business trips to Korea. The place is well run, rooms are big and full of comforts, the sauna/spa is great. Nothing wrong with this hotel, there are newer situations in Seoul, but I like it here and normally try to get a room if I can.
    A solid performer!
