I stayed here for business for 6 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. It made my first visit to Korea very pleasant knowing I had a comfortable place to return to at night.

Easy to access. Near from train station, bus stop (right in front of hotel), & shops. Located in business area, many restaurant were closed at 9 pm

Excellent. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Wonderful breakfast but the dinner was bit disappointing for the amount. Dinner could have been better (may be some additional dishes for the amount payed). Apart that everything was extravagant. Well done Lotte.

We stayed at the hotel for only one night, but it was a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful! You can exchange the currency and order a taxi at the reception. We got a nice room at the top floor with really nice views. The room itself was clean, modern and had everything we needed. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel which is great as well. On the downside it took us almost 1.5 hours to get to the hotel from the Incheon Airport on a bus. Obviously not the hotels fault, but if you’re in a rush I suggest taking a taxi.

Fantastic stay. Bus stop right outside the hotel that will take you to the airport for 10000 Korean Won. Staff are friendly and buffet breakfast is good. It dies get very busy on the weekend as people stay in the city. Other than that the hotel is in a business area so can be quiet after hours. A short walk and you can reach shops and a lot of food eateries. It is also very close to a sub way station

Very friendly staffs and clean room. I have sleep in 3 different hotels on this visit and this hotel has best bed that I can sleep comfortably.

It's a very convenient hotel at 5min from the tech park around. But if you are here to visit Seoul you should find another place. Therefore subway is not so far and taxi are not very expensive.

I highly reccomend this hotel. The service was amazing, the rooms were very clean and maintained very well. Only a 5 minute walk to the nearest subway station.
