직원 서비스 개떡 ㅡ 고객 상품 버려놓고 거짓말 ..내가 10일 묵고 체험한 결과 . 부장?이라는직급의 한사람이 호텔 전체 이미지 망침 .

I really hate to even give one star to this hotel. I'm staying here for two days and after the first day, all of my body was itching. I can't express how mad I'm about this since, I could not sleep at all. I went to the lobby and told manager about what happened but he didn't said sorry. all he said was" I think bed detergent doesn't fit for you, so I guess we have to change the room for you" I don't know why I have to get treated like this. Their service is terrible.
여기 침대찐드기 같은거있어여 조심하세여. 저는 진짜 이런식에 호텔 처음봅니다. 대쳐하는방법도 완전 최악;response / report this review -

영등포에 많은 부띠끄 호텔이있지만 신축으로 매우크게 만들어서 깔끔하고 좋다. 역시 호텔은 깔끔하고 봐야한다.

A very good recommendation for this hotel as they provide a PC for the visitors' usage, individual wifi for each room, a HUGE smart TV, and a very comfortable heated floor during winter..

진짜 최근 간곳중에 제일 좋았어요 방안도 너무 이쁘고 기대 이상이였어요 역이랑 가까워서 좋긴한데 가끔 지하철소리 나는게 단점이라면 단점 다 좋았어요 사진은 스텐다드예요
