I had a very nice hospitality and completely information from the hotel staffs.
So nice and friendly stayed Fortune Hostel.
Two thumbs up !!!
It's a pretty cosy little hostel with 8 floors albeit it's fairly tucked away, but it's easy enough to find. A convenience store is a 2 second walk across the road and is open 24/7!
it's good price for rest
This rating is based on German standarts, maybe it is better rated from people from other countries.
The staff is very kind and friendly.
Brilliant location if you want to visit the highlights of Seoul (palaces, tower, village, shopping area). Most are within walking distance or 5-10 mins by taxi. The hostel guy is really friendly, always genuinely excited to see us, and super helpful.
Room is compact but not cramped. Clean and comfortable. Hot water works all the time. The guy will do your laundry too.
There was no room with a kitchen that I reserved, and it was changed to a cheap room like a two-tier bet hostel
Walked into the lobby trying to book a room, lady was sitting there on the couch and just sat there starting at me. I assumed she was a guest. Finally asked her if there were any staff, She replied maybe they are in the basement. I then ask her how was the room and then she asks me question only a receptionist would ask, how many nights are you planning to stay, dorm or single. Be in mind she was still on the couch slouch back in a reclining position. I then ask if why are you asking me these questions do you work here? She finally acknowledged that she was a an employee of the hostel. I didn't bother to answer her since I don't like playing mind games with people I intend to do business with as a guest. I honestly think she wanted the owner because they don't want personal responsibility if something happens to their guesthouse.
