Positively the best experience of my lifetime. I shoved my starving family into the back of our squirrel powered carriage, and set off towards the museum. The admission price was a little high, so to get the family into the museum, we had to give up our second born son. The exhibits were incredibly enlightening. I really liked the giant wall of the foreskins of capitalist dogs that had been sewn together as an art exhibit. The cafeteria food was impecibal, consisting of orphan stew and street dog on-the-cob. On our way out, we were approached by men with guns and told to pay up for breathing more air than we were supposed to. Although our descendants will be paying our debt for hundreds of years, this trip to the museum was truely inspiring, and worth the price. 10/5, would recommend.
Entry is free but there are also payed guided tours. The museum takes about two hours to see in full but there are no English guides. There are athuntic Korean War tanks that you can climb into and there is an exhibit where you can dress up as a Korean or American troop. The cafeteria is always barren but the food is discusting. If you want good food there is a pizza place just 2 blocks away that has great food. Overall it's a nice museum but it may be too graphic for young children.
All hail Kim Jon Un the true leader of the world. As an Australian Ambassador I truly believe my eyes have been opened to the truth. American scum bags would really learn a thing or two from this place. All hail communism in its righteousness, 10/10 I would most definitely visit the glorious North Korea again!
the trip was pretty good, i loved learning about the supreme leaders and their liberation from the capitalist pigs! Only problem was when my brother found it weird when they mentioned about the two previous leaders coming back from the dead and raping kim jong un, they took him and the rest of my family to a camp. overall services are good, recommended to all. 8/10.
Kim Jong Un is the man. Love that guy and his incredibly depressed country. Would stay again but I snuck in and am now banned from entering. 13/10 would sneak in again
None of the Great Leaders are ever here. You can tell by the fresh smell.
I'll add stars if kimmy is here.
Fantastic testament to rocket mans iron will and how the west is nothing but evil warmongers. I'm a little sad though because when I tried to introduce them to western culture like dabbing, whipping and other cornerstones of western ideals I was taken before dear leader and I am now his personal meme diplomat. Please send help
What a great experience! Had so much fun even got to see a live beheading it was a real life changer for me and for my family my children definitely had fun would positively recommend!
Went there last year. Such a wonderful place. I was fortunate I got to see the supreme leader himself beheading a family of 4 for breathing the same air as he was. Hopefully this could be a lesson to prevent such shameful act from happening ever again.
Went there with the family. Turned out great - they took the kids and said they'd provide them a free (re)education. And that Kim fella seems like a pretty amazing guy. I never knew he played a round of golf and got 18 holes in one.
Upon arrival at this amazing feat of architectural prowess, I was greeted by two friendly hosts who carried side-arms which, I was told, were to fend of the packs of ravenous stray hounds that lurk nearby.
They walked me to the entrance which was a door nearly 10 feet high! The place smelled of stale cabbage but looked clean and neat. I suspect the smell of cabbage has taken root in my nasal cavity from the many restaurants here who's speciality seems to be, you guessed it, cabbage.
Inside the museum were women and kids who seemed to be trying really hard to weep when looking at pictures of old, chubby oriental men. I for one think that they were being forced to display this kind of emotion but the hosts/guards assured me that they were just really sad that these men had passed on. They must have been good people.
We then arrived at a statue of the country's great leader, Kim Jon Un. I'm unsure of the sculptor purposely making the Korean leader slimmer than he is or if they just didn't have that big of a piece of rock. Then again, they don't seem to have much of anything in this country.
Apart from the from the groups of weeping females, there weren't many other tourists, in fact, I was the only one there. Which was really nice as there were no queues anywhere especially at the refreshment kiosk where I managed to get some stale Lays chips and a bottle of what I hoped was orange juice.
Overall, nice place to visit considering there isn't much else to see and do in this city. The most exciting thing at the place is the possibility of being attacked by ravenous dogs during the minute walk to the door from the ridiculously far away drop off zone.
Loved it. I got to see pictures of the great Father and even met Our Glorious Leaders guards Hotels nearby are great and water is always warm because of the nuclear reactor nearby. Unfortunately I grew an extra arm because of this but I amputated it and got to see 100000 people line up to get some meat from it. Went to a cafe nearby which served mouldy bread and my grandma got sent to a concentration camp so I didn't have to pay for her flight back.pls help me find her. 5/7 would recommend. Bad cell phone service tho.
All well organised in a friendly and professional manner. You can tell that much attention has been put to every detail in accurately show the history behind Korean War from NK perspective.
Kim Jung Un is no real reincarnation of his father. North Korea could use some nice 'Murican Capitalism. This museum was pretty cool though
A great educational museum teaching us how the Western Imperialists started the Korean War. The section on American War Crimes was also good. But when I asked where the bathrooms were they took me out to the river when a boat carrying Kim Jong Un came by and he sentenced me to 30 years in a forced labor camp. R.I.P my summer vacation.
Went for a visit expecting to see a shrine to the DPRK propaganda machine, but instead was pleased to find a respectable homage to degrading American opulence. I especially enjoyed the "Melrose Place" viewing room attached to the cafeteria some will say that 90210 was better, but they are tasteless and ignorant of what really made 90's tv dramas so great. 5/5 would go again.
Full on propaganda here. The whole place is vast just the walk up is something to see. A massive building inside but most of it was off limits and in the dark. We had to sit and watch a 10 minute film about how the Korea war, interesting to see what there version of the conflict was.
Strictly no photos aloud in here but I got a few.
