Watch out, the male bartender tries to rip off tourists. Tried to give me change with $10 EC instead of USD. When I called him over to tell him he gave me the wrong change he said “Well that’s all I got.” Really? With a ~2.7 exchange rate? And with a bar of Americans here, all paying in USD? Not to mention the smaller bills I already used to pay for an earlier round of drinks? And you just try to walk away and hope I don't notice? I don’t think so, buddy. Otherwise it's a decent enough beach bar, but I can't recommend a place where the staff doesn't respect their customers.

The man, the myth, the LEGEND! Sunshine and his bar/restaurant is named after himself and let me tell you, it doesn't disappoint. You can most always find Sunshine here. The food surprised me for the simple fact the portions are pretty big! It's a perfect balance to fill you up and catch your eye. I ordered the burger and it was amazing. The veggies on the side that you can throw on top of the burger were among the freshest I have ever seen on a plate of any restaurant I have ever been to, which says a lot having been to over 8 different countries. The staff is extremely welcoming and will help add some happiness to your day without a doubt. I'm not sure how else to put into words how great this place is. It's chill, it's top quality, and it's definitely a must-visit place no questions asked. Thanks Sunshine, to be impressed is an understatement!

My favourite setting in Nevis. You can sit inside and dine, you can have a drink around the bar or sit in a more private booth. Local food with fresh fish and provisions.

Reportedly good food, but chef had left and therefore not able to eat. Wasted trip with family. Went to Bananas instead and thoroughly enjoyed it.

As with 99% on Nevis, things at Sunshines are easy going. Good food, good atmosphere and good beer.. what more could you ask for??

Stopped in here on are trip to Nevis. Its a great place to party. The food is great and the staff great to. They make you feel like home. It has also had a lot of famous people that have dropped in. I would recommend if you're ever in St. Kitts & Nevis. You can't go wrong.

It was superbowl Sunday, crowded. The owner made sure we could see the game by turning a bench around, making a cocktail table from a chair, and made us feel SO WELCOME. I had the BEST jerk wings in my life. After halftime, we were ready to order more of those great wings, but sadly the kitchen closed without a last call. Wait staff was super friendly and accommodating.

The Killer Bee never fails to give you a fab taste of Caribbean rums. Be careful the clue is in the name. Love it!

To start I would give this place a seven stars rating but there aren't enough stars to tick. Great place, amazing food, very beautiful vibe, special thanks to Sunshine (owner) who when you meet him welcome you like he knows you forever and makes you feel at home, managed to get us a table for new year party 2018 in very short time less than 12 hours, and special thanks to Grenata who as well was a great host and made us all feel very welcomed.
Very well trained staff who managed a massive number of people gracefully, serve you with a lovely smile.
This is a must visit place in Nevis.

The food here is good and so is the hospitality. The seating area not so good. I didnt feel that comfortable. Try the wings and if they have tuna as a special, definitely try it. It was the best tuna I've had in my life.

The food is delicious and worth the price. I had a lobster, which was massive and cooked to perfection. I recommend the Hot Pants coconut rum, it's awesome.

Great food, their ribs and steak are totally worth it. A little pricey, but you're on an island and getting some amazing food. There is a gift shop which I recommend getting something to remember the trip.

We were completely ignored.
Unfortunately they were too busy to acknowledge our existence and get a drink after 13.69 minutes and not even a head nod or eye contact. Plan B, I went next door to Turtles and got two Killer Bee's to go. Then hung out with the vendors out front. Cool Spot on Pinneys Beach.

The food was ok not the best. The owner of this establishment was rude and obnoxious . He yelled at the waitress in front of her guests. i will NOT recommend this restaurant , there are other bars that are better on this island.
