Great food. Great experience. Allison was a knowledgeable host. The kids loved everything. Will come back if in Nevis again.
Love the atmosphere ! Plenty of space between tables so you can hear each other. High thatched roof gives a wonderful open feeling as one looks out over the ocean and the great sunsets.
Food is excellent and the service is discreet. We love the place and keep returning.
Our dinner here was one of the best we've ever had in the Caribbean. Began with an amuse that included watermelon gazpacho. Tuna two ways appetizer of raw tuna -delicious. Mahi, wahoo, both very fresh and good. Topped off with superb mango profiterols!
Coconut Grove is by far our favourite restaurant in Nevis/St.Kittsactually our favourite in the Caribbean. From wonderfully presented tasty dishes to their lovely setting on the beach in a beautiful thatched roof palapa style restaurant, to their huge wine cellar featuring world class selection along with the best service and hospitality.
We have visited Coconut Grove many times over the years for intimate evening dinners and most recently for a lengendary wedding experience. Every guest went out of their way to tell us that it was the best wedding experience they have ever had, by far. You must make it a part of any dream vacation or business trip to St.Kitts/Nevis. It will forever become one of your favourite island memories too!!
Located a short walk down the beach from The Four Seasons Resort, or a short ride from Charlestown and only 5 minutes from the car ferry crossingfacing the Island of St.Kitts. A perfect evening in paradise is yours to have at Coconut Grove.
Yummy! This was a superb dinner.
The service was 100%
Great experience.
Great. A must go to
Beautiful thatched roof structure set the mood for a fantastic island meal. Wine selection was good and The Firecracker cocktail is not to be missed! Waitstaff was present but not overbearing and we got to meet the very creative chef. Creme brûlée was some of the best I've ever had. Also, many of the restaurants this time of year are noisy. This one was quiet. Awesome.
Went here for dinner with the family, had relatively low expectations. Food, setting and service all vastly exceeded. Food was excellent (best we had on the island, including the restaurants at the 4 Seasons) - inventive and well prepared. The setting is amazing - the open air deck overlooking the sea. The service was great as well. Highly recommended.
The first time I stumbled across this place was back in 2004. Gary is still going strong some 12 years later. Other than the wine cellar being a little bigger and the maître d'hôtel being a little greyer and more charming this place is still the perfect epitomy of casual fine dining I remember from all those years ago.
