Enjoyed my experience very much. Umud was very friendly and accommodating. He saw me drop my phone at breakfast and walked it up to my room for me. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star review is the horrendous Wifi connection at this hotel. They advertise they have Wifi available, but even calling it slow Wifi would be a gross overstatement. The Wifi was working properly less than 50% of my stay here and when it was working properly it was very slow. I sacrificed a better location and cheaper price to stay at this hotel because they advertised that they had Wifi, but it turned out to be extremely poor Wifi. I hope they either improve their Wifi or make it more clear to guests that the Wifi is unreliable.
