If you want a novelty burger look which is black, then Burger Lab is for you!
The service is good, waitresses and waiters are friendly and humble.
The price is a bit higher then the competition but with Pipay discount and promotions you could get a big burger with less than 3$. This is amazing.
The burgers taste good. Well-cooked and timely cooked.
The atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing.
But please don't drive your car here because it only has the parking space for three cars.
My overall experience for this savoury burger place is good. 4 stars cuz the seat arrangement is dull. It is like sitting in the school cafeteria than a restaurant but. Ohh don't forget to wash your hands before eating your burger.response / report this review -

The burger taste really good with affordable price once it is discount. New comer, National, should order a medium size or smaller, otherwise you would be very full if you do the large one.

The place is actually pretty good. The burgers tastes good and they r unique to at other burger place in Cambodia. Having a black bun and all helps the the place feel a bit adventurous and fun to me. The atmopshere is fun and they make unique burgers from other burger places as well. Right now there is a 25% discount on pi pay at the place so it just makes the experience more worth while. All in all I ahve no complaint about this place so far.

If you are hungry for burgers in Southeast Asia, this is the place for the best burgers of Southeast Asia. The restaurant is cleanliness, super sanitation and has high quality food. The Burger Lab has far more superior western burgers than Burger King, Dairy Queen and even, McDonald's (there is no McDonald's in Cambodia). Fried Mushroom, and a variety of burgers were delicious. If you don't want to eat a full size burger, there is a mini burger. It is a must-visit place for burger lovers. It is definitely well worth to go to The Burger Lab for your hungry stomach!

I am Burger lover. I've been many place like Lucky Burger, Burger King.but none is attract me like BurgerLab. BurgerLab is many choices which best for Asian flavor. Keep up your good and delicious Burger.

That's a damn good burger! Been 3 times and tried 3 different burgers BUT It is a little sad because we see something that seems to happen in PP so much. A place starts off great and soon the local service starts to let it all down.
The first time the service was great, the second time a little slower and not as good. The last time was a total disappointment. The guy at the front desk was very unhelpful and refused to give us our cellcard rewards discount because we apparently asked too late. We nearly cancelled our order and left but we were so hungry so we just waited instead. And wait, and wait we did. There was no less than 5 young boys sitting to the side of the kitchen playing on their phones and munching away on the wares. Never mind the customers all waiting I guess. When we finally got our takeaway burgers and were leaving I noticed they had forgotten the chips. An obvious argument of blame ensued and the chips finally went in the frier. After another lengthy period we received one tiny serving of chips even though the order CLEARLY said two. So after another complaint and a further 8 minutes we received our second tiny serving of chips. All in all we waited nearly half an hour for 2 burgers and two chips.
Oh and they had run out of Sprite so we had Cola forced upon us because "We had already paid and it couldn't be refunded Sir!" Such a shame, what happened?! Really disappointing and maybe it cost them our business.
Reasonable prices for a good burger, clean place and a big open room to chill in but terrible service. Pick up your game Burger Lab 😒response / report this review -
