For the price, I don't think you can find better, it's right in the middle of downtown, the rooms are all tiled and it's quite clean.

All rooms with private bathrooms. Fan room with cold shower at $6 and $7 with hot shower. The room I was showed on the 5th floor (with window) has a huge powerful fan that runs noisily. Big room size considering the rate. Didn't take it. The room is clean but has minor smelt.

It's a simple guesthouse, but pretty okay if you need a cheap room. It's clean, friendly staff and the location close to Orussey market also is quite good.

This place isn't bad for temporary live. The room can accept able but not perfect at all and didn't clean 100%. The place didn't for all people, for modern life they will not be there. But if you aren't richer you can stay there for temporary.

Great budget place to stay, u can rent a motorbike from them (they'll bring it for you from a rental shop), beds comfy, good location if you have a motorbike, or always a tuk tuk drivers in front of the place..

This was a good one so far. We've tried four different places in Phnom Penh so far. This was second best. Wifi okay, room cleanliness great, staff was great and nice, obviously your usual ten tuktuk drivers waiting for you outside. It was relatively cheap. No AC in our particular room. They let us cancel with refund. Which was nice.
You won't find very many tourists around here and it was a little more on the rough side in comparison to the riverside. Lots of bike shops and repair shops around the area. Didnt see too many other expats around so it throw you off a bit walking down the roads at night when youre new to being here. Which could be the case anywhere but after switching to the riverside we've felt much more comfortable and have been able to find more English speaking locals who have been helping us to learn Khmer. I've grown up in rough areas myself but it's a little different when you can't speak the language so that's my reasoning behind being a little uncomfortable. Might not bother you!?
Tip:
Talk to the children near riverside area they are the best! The ones trying to hustle you for bracelets are our favourite haha. We've learned a lot from them and their families.response / report this review -
