Nice hotel in Krong Banlong, the room is nice with very cool air con and the bathrooms also very nice, big and surrounded by glass wall and clean. The hotel also have cafe brand, restaurant and sky bar. Recommend for travelers and locals tourists to stay. The price start from 20$ up per night.

Very friendly staff. Especially the day time supervisor! Great pool. Really went above and beyond. We bought mango in the market and they where nice enough to cut it for us. When we arrived they were "out" of the 20$\night rooms. We took a 35$/night one. Comparable to a 4 star interior but 5 star service in Canada so worth the price if your budget can afford it. Ac+hot water worked great, and fridge in the room.

The worst place to be
I am visiting the hotel Sky bar with family and friends.
I never encountered a bad service before, ordered a stake and many other stuff, the stake never came up even though we asked 3 times for it and waited an hour. I asked for the manager and never show up to bring a stake after it was too late.
None of us ate our food waiting for our friend to get the stake so all the food turned cold and the manager did not show up and did not want to talk to me.
I already had previous bad experience in this place but I always thought about giving them another chance. NEVER AGAIN!!!
They have too many staff and not many customer and still couldn't get a simple order right.

Comfy room, but you pay a lot for it for the region. The pool was cold, and barely anything on the menu they advertised was actually available.

Spacious rooms, really comfortable beds, and helpful staff. However there is no Spa (yet), and not even massages on site. Cocktails are not served until 5PM, so if you want to have a couple drinks by the pool, buy them somewhere else. Warm water ran out after only a short time. Drinks (frappes for example) that were advertised are not served. For the price, and advertising, disappointing.
