Ratanikiri Paradise is a wonderful and affordable place to stay.
Location-wise, it's tucked away just out of town. You get the quiet of the country coupled with the convenience of proximity to many great adventures in the region.
The staff was wonderful. The accommodations were nice. All of our needs -- including transportation and activities -- were taken care of. The food -- especially the curry -- is excellent.

Really nice resort, with pool and english speaking staff. Clean rooms and nice atmosphere. Really friendly staff.
Could work more on the restaurant, food was ok, but not as good as you would expect from everything else.

After having a bad experienced at another hotel we moved to this spot.
Very nice hotel, nice views, great staff, the pool is pretty awesome since it will get pretty hot around here.
If you want to relax and enjoy a beautiful view while drinking a cocktail this is the place in Banbung.
It is far away from the center, you cannot walk to it. But they offer a service to take you back and forth for $3 each way.
Renting a bike is not recommended since the road is pretty rough. You will need to move on a close car, too much dust on the road to move in a open vehicle.
Highly recommend it for a few days of lazy ness and relaxing by the pool.

Fresh air, Good views around the hotel and you can see the beautiful landscape and beautiful sunshine every morning , good for relaxing. Staffs are very helpful and friendly, room is nice and foods very tasty, great accommodation.

Ratanakiri is probably one of the most beautiful areas of Cambodja. The rolling hills extend to the horizon and the light acquires a very special color when reflected in the reddish sand that dominates the territory.
Ratanakiri Paradise has been our base to explore the entire territory. The village of Banlung has little charm, so it is better to look for a nice and quiet place to rest. This hotel is in the central point of all the places of interest: volcanic lakes, wild waterfalls, fields and forests, small indigenous communities
The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped, intimate and with a terrace with hammock where you can relax and read quietly. The views of the valley from the restaurant and the pool are wonderful: you will want to stay more days to watch the sunset taking one of the excellent cocktails they prepare (the menu is really generous!).
The restaurant is excellent. We fell in love with vegan rolls and fruit salads with chicken. Authentic and delicious Khmer food!response / report this review -

If you come to Ratanakiri Province, don’t forget Ratanakiri Paradise Hotel and resort. Here with the nice view , fresh air , quite place with the good services. Nice food and drink

Beautiful location and view. Staff seemed like they didn't know what to do. No one serviced our room after the first night. No A/C, which would've been fine except our windows lacked screens. Delicious food, but limited options and no alternatives out of town. Pool was nice, but I don't think the water was treated.

The hotel is beautiful, romantic, and clean room. The feeling of staying here is just as real as in paradise. Morning scenes seem like you are on a paradise sky cloud over the mountain and fall to the foot of a mountain, like a huge iceberg melting, white smoke falls to the foot of the mountain. The weather is very cold in the freezing cold weather, and it makes you forget all sadness or stress. There are some problems also, as if adding a wardrobe, adding WiFi in every room or around the hotel is really good. For staff add a smile every time of breakfast, lunch, dinner or other time meeting up.
