Everything is good here although some staff at customer service is a bit slow and not responsive to customers' inquiry. To me I consider wing a pioneer in money transfer.

You can send money to other peoples around Cambodia via Wing Cash Express, Just 1.5 USD for services . Requirement : Sender's Phone number, Receiver 's phone number. And then you will receive a 8 digi-code for receiver. Tel the Receiver that code. Receiver have to give code and phone to customer service to check the number.

Have account with cash in and tried to withdraw, and was given a error that makes absolutely no sense. Four wing shops cannot understand either. I am now left without money almost stranded and with it being after 7pm there is no recourse as the customer service line is shut. Join a proper bank instead with an ATM card that lets you access your funds when you need them. Wing is a waste of time.
