Acleda staff members always try to help and are efficient, even when they don't understand what I'm saying. My only wish would be for their branches to open on Saturday morning as it's difficult for working people to get leave to bank in the restricted hours. Thank you for your hard work. I've banked in the United States and South Africa besides Cambodia and I think Acleda service compares favourably with all the other banks I've had dealings with. I've also seen a constant improvement in their service.

This is the largest local bank that has branches throughout the country. There are hundreds of ATM machines wherever you go in Cambodia event commune. You can use Visa through ACLEDA ATM.

One best thing about ACLEDA Bank is their friendly and caring staff. Inside, the waiting hall is quite convenient; there are many counters for serving customers, and the waiting chairs are comfortable. The parking space isn’t a problem here. There’s always available space for customers. However, it is sometimes very crowded and you have to wait very long before getting serve especially in the early days of the month. The service is very slow sometimes. The bank opens everyday from 8am to 4 pm except Sunday and holidays.
