Wow. A small but beautiful hotel, with a great pool and garden. I don't think there are many rooms, but the one we had was excellent. Strangely they has a French style patisserie attached. Very stylish and certainly unique.

Stayed a number of times here - generally fine & the staff are friendly & welcoming
Location is good if you want to avoid the tourist strip & can easily walk down to the restaurants & bars in BKK1 while only 5 or less minutes by tuk-tuk to Riverside.
1st time in their suites - actually prefer the bathrooms in the junior suites & suffered a few bashed toes as the table legs on the sink protrude into the small entrance ways of the toilet & shower.
Water pressure was low - this was on the top floor so maybe that was a factor.
Tip - ask for a room away from the back on the Pasteur side during the week - there is a kindergarten there & they start playing early in the morning.

Sfeervol rustig hotel met hele mooie kamers in de voormalige Amerikaanse ambassade. Het zwembad is prettig na een dagje site-seeing in pnomh penh Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Ze hebben zelfs nog even geïnformeerd of alles goed ging tijdens onze reis naar onze nieuwe bestemming.

Lovely boutique hotel in the former USA embassy (look for the eagle seal above the entrance). Friendly and very helpful staff, ours was a beautiful room with a balcony. Neat little swimming pool along the side to cool off in during the day. Easy walkable distance to the river/city centre, but a tuk-tuk will only cost a few US$.

Wonderful Boutique hotel at historical place(see the first photo). Minimal bakery restaurant is just right edge of this facility. Warm attending staffs are additional plus. Definitely come back again.

Stayed at the hotel 3 times over a 14 day trip to Cambodia. The staff is wonderful, the rooms clean and generous and the location is excellent. I would stay there again.

Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Complimentary fruit, soft drinks and water. Refreshing pool with bar service, towels provided. Very good breakfast included with room. Staff all friendly and helpful. Laundry service excellent, but a bit expensive.

Room is not the brand new. But the room is clean and the swimming pool is not big but very comfort and cozy and very enough to relax.
And the room charge is very affordable comparing to the facilities.

Superb place! Great service, pricing and room. Very clean and spacious with modern design.

Complimentary breakfast which is just one of the best I have had (especially at this pricing range)!! unlimited fresh croissants and pastry of Eric Kayser with most importantly: fresh juices!!!! amazing passion fruit orange I have had, but choice of pineapple and water melon too. To me that was just the highlight.

Lovely, homely place, very clean and spacious rooms. Super friendly and helpful staff. They have a Pool and a French Bakery (very good food) on their premises. Actually, you could just stay there and relax and skip sightseeing ;-)

We had very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel was spotless and our room was amazing. The food was lovely and the Watermelon Fizz's were fantastic. Oh and they have a French bakery with fabulous lemon meringue eclairs!! Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to try the spa but the pool area was lovely and being able to use it at any time of day or night was great. Would definitely go back again!

Nothing to complained about: staff is friendly, rooms are spacious with high ceilings, amenities worked perfectly, and the pool is relaxing. Recommend to grab the included breakfast at Kayser which is all you can eat and pretty good value.
