My favourite Phnom Penh coffee house. Ok, yes, I know, "just an ordinary western style coffee house", but that is the point! It has the air and ambience of being a place for the truly global citizen. Every one comes here, it is busy, but very cery nice! Upon entering you are always greeted by the staff and they really take care of you!!

Great food and absolutely loved the pour over coffee! It had a modern and relaxed atmosphere and seemed popular with both locals and foreigners. I actually went back multiple times while I was in Phnom Penh. Outlets are available. They only take cash.

Good place to sit and judge the Khmer hipsters. Also, the coffee is pretty good. Still just beans and hot water for $3. Better than that other one from Seattle.

Modern coffee shop belonging to a Cambodian chain, the larger of the two Brown shops (the smaller being across the street), this shop has a large food menu. The prices are standard western, the WiFi works well, and the place is large so it's easy to get a table. Go here to do work or meet as a group, but don't expect a quiet place as it's quite lively and busy throughout the day.

I used to go to the smaller Browns across the street which is also great. This is big and airy, often full. Has great corners to tuck away and read or work. Much better coffee than stupid chains like Starbucks. Loved it!

Really nice western, industrial style cafe. There are two of the same right across from each other, the smaller is less fancy and offers sandwiches and wraps whereas the other ones menu is more extensive and has lunch options. Coffee is great, but service can be a bit slow.

It's one of the best cafe in Phnom Penh. I like the way the shop is decorated using old chair and stuff like that. The taste of coffee is great. Mostly I just drink green tea frappe here. It also make me feel proud to eat here as it's the biggest brands ever created and operated by Cambodian young. Nice place.

First the drinks – they take them seriously, using all of the standard techniques you would find at a respectful coffee shop. This means weighing the grounds and the water before doing a pour over, or steaming the milk well to get a good pour and design.
However, the real star of this Brown Coffee location is the atmosphere. The open bar, tall ceiling, winding staircase to the indoor balcony, and many seating options make this a great place to sit down and enjoy an artisanal beverage.

My only complaint is that the roast is too dark. In spite of going beyond a typical coffee shop's attention to detail, they don't explore the lighter roasts and all the flavours accessible through that.
