Went there in February 2017. It was great. The staff is very, very kind. Food is good. Pool is refreshing and salty. Rooms clean and comfortable. Incredible, in such a busy city, such a quiet and green hotel to stay. I will be back!

Great place to stay. The attention to detail by the new management is second to none. Leo is there day and night making it the place to be, he is constantly in touch with the people staying there and speaking multiple languages to ensure all are having a fantastic experience. This is a high quality boutique hotel in the new happening part of Phnom Penh. There is attention to detail, quality and comfort in every room, and a great poolside bar and restaurant to boot. Excellent friendly staff and very secure. Book your room early because this place is going to b the hot new thing over the next seasons.

Best front desk ever. He's half French half Cambodian standing at above 6ft tall. As for condition of room basic amenities is ok. This villa have a lots of mosquito and the helpful staff went out in the middle of the night to purchase a mosquito spray. I would recommend this villa because of the staff.
