Very friendly staff member ever ready to help with a smile. Large sized rooms with large sized attached bath.. A cosy restaurant and a beautiful pool The resort also has its own Spaa bit away from the center of the town but easily reachable by Tuktuk within 10 minutes.

Tranquil resort in Siem Reap Angkor Wat. Surrounded by tropical greenery garden. Highly recommend for relaxation and leisure travellers.

The rooms and swimming pool design ate nice. However the service is bad. They don't accept credit cards and they don't speak English well. The road to the hotel is not flat It is difficult for guests without a car.The Tv was removed from my room and they didn't care when I told them. Breakfast is very basic, few items only.

Stayed a night with friends from Sydney, I found this place as one the great resort in siem reap, we can have our own Khmer tuk tuk (remork) as transportation during our stay, good food, big pool and friendly staff.

Pretty bad. It looked nice and the staff were great, that's about it. Advertised a bar, nope no bar, not even wine, only beer. Breakfast buffet, not really. Bread, croissants and a few types of fruit. Had about a dozen items on the breakfast menu, but that's not a buffet as advertised. Internet was slow, only got 4mbs down when it was working. About 8 hours of my 2 nights there it was down. Horrible dirt road to get there, filled with deep potholes. No point in the free bike rental advertised between the road and being so far away from everything. Didn't see any bikes anyway. Free airport pickup didn't happen, even after emailing multiple times. Dinners were ok, but the seemed confused by wanting to eat dinner as early as 6pm, had to wait until 7pm. Lastly construction going on behind the hotel and since the rooms are so poorly sealed, sounded like they were hammering in your room.

So basically a bunch of false advertising. Would never stay at again.

We stayed at this resort from 29th Feb. 2016 for 4 days. We got excellent service from hotel staff ,right from airport pick up till we were dropped at the airport on 4th day. All hotel staff whom we met and interacted are very tourist friendly ,courteous and all tour advise given to us made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here. Lastly I wish to add, if there is a second chance to visit Siem Reap , I will stay at this resort.

An out of the way abode where you could enjoy peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the "triangle" of siem reap..
Transport to and fro of regular spots in siem reap is available from the hotel, but at a small premium.. Nothing that will break the bank..
Staff are wonderful and helpful, thanks to the the small number of rooms available..
