WORST PLACE EVER. We rented scooters here and they told us we broke the scooter. This never happened, scooter was already broken. they just try to rip you off.

DONT EVER RENT HERE Worst agency in my 3 month stay in Asia. They made huge problems that we broke the bike what we didn't do. They made us pay. Didn't want to give the passport back. Bus rides never go even when you pay.

Avoid booking anything here because we booked a scooter one night for the next day. They forgot about us and gave us a personal scooter. That already is really bad. The scooter had already a little scratch we didnt say anything. When we came back they told us we broke the bike and we had to pay. This is really the worst motorbike rental i had in my life!!!!!! DONT BOOK HERE

Worst Moto rental during my multiweek stay in cambodia. The moto has a broken fuel gauge and speedometer, engine cuts out when stops, and pretty questionable brakes. Was told by the shop owner it had no problems when I rented it and gradually realized this was wholely inaccurate. At least it runs.

Avoid booking any services from this agency. We went there in the evening to enquire bus ticket and bike rental. Next morning another staff quoted different price until we mentioned the price quoted the evening before which is lower quoted by another staff. We got the same price for the bike rental. Later in the afternoon we went back to get our bus tickets to Bangkok. We bought direct bus to Bangkok after she explain that we do not need to change bus at the border at USD15. But was put on connecting bus instead. Another couple we met in the same hotel we stayed paid USD11 as they bought connecting bus tickets. Confirmed cheated when we arrive at the border and boarded the same bus to Bangkok.
