I probably came here on a bad I don’t know, but I was served the most dry beef lok lak In cambodia. Being in Siem Reap for over a month and eating local food almost daily makes you have an expectation of how certain food should look or taste. I did try to explain this to 2 different members of staff but ‘I think they didn’t understand’ what I meant when I asked for sauce because I didn’t get what I asked for.

Pros: comfortable, clean rooms. Location is perfect!
Cons: WiFi sporadic and didn't work at all on 3rd floor at all. Construction right outside of window. Breakfast not included and too pricy to add on ($5).response / report this review -

Great hotel, friendly staff! The rooms are a bit dated but they provide s hot water kettle, coffee and tea. Bottled water daily. Just bath towels, no hand towels or tissues etc. toothbrushes are out used and solid soaps. The restaurant serves really good good at very reasonable price. Restaurant staff professional and friendly. It's nice to see so many smiling faces. I believe my room rate was $22 but it's often less than that. I had no hot water for the first 3 days until
I turned red faucet handle, located in the bathroom, all the way on. Lol.response / report this review
