The good:
The reception area suits for working and sitting and is equipped with plugs. The pool is also fine and there is a bar and sitting area on the first floor. The dorms are spacious but there was only one single toilet for dorm of 10 people.
Towels are for free.
The hostel offers transports and tours to the Archaeological Site of Angkor Wat and to other destinations in Cambodia.

The bad:
Staff missed to organize fresh drinking water and fruits for breakfast. There is obviously no planning in advance.
The facilities are clean but a lot of them are close to break, old and not maintained. There is no investment into furniture and facilities.
Breakfast is just toast with jam and some fruits as well as tea with coffee. Hence it is very basic.
The staff is mostly friendly but sometimes they don't manage the booking very well and they are kind of sleepy and not dynamic at all. And some people of the staff are not so friendly.
There is not kitchen and no free drinking water. But water refill is very cheap at 0,25 US-$ per bottle.
There are no shower products included but this is less important.

Very nice staff and hostel. Only issue is that if someone washes their hands while you're in the shower or toilet, the water comes into your stall.

Excellent hostel for the price, treated brilliantly by all the staff and in a great location for everything you want and need in Siem Reap. Would 100% stay again.
