  Good food. Coffee was great. Staff friendly. The boy at the door was all smiles. Felt weird though with the armed police outside with their faces covered and huge machine guns.

  We visit during tea time. Chinese cuisine. Good tea. The architect was nice. Food and drinks are ok. What I don't like is it's a bit gloomy and has mosquitoes. The waitress brought a mosquito electronic tool to kill them in front of us in the table. Well.
  It's near government office areas.

  The restaurant has been opened for many years now. People love their service and the environment of the restaurant. The staffs, even the guards, are helpful and friendly. For both outside and inside are clean and fresh. They serve many kind cuisine, including Khmer cuisine, and buffet.
