Nice place to stay, close to the center..may 5 minutes by walk. The room was clean and was equipped with a nice bathroom and an aircondition. Friendly and helpful staff at the desk.

Tried to charge twice for the stay. Paid at check in, demanded the money again at check out. All doors have the same key, as safe as an unlocked hostel. Air conditioning didn't work.

The people who worked at the hotel were always very friendly and the boss helped me out when I had some problems. Close to food places and not so far away from Pub Street.

A ÉVITER!
Personnel non aimable, hautain, délaissant et intéressé uniquement par l'argent.
La chambre qui nous a été attribuée n'étais pas nettoyée, poussiéreuse et sentais la cigarette. De plus une fenêtre de la chambre donnait sur le couloir donnant à qui souhaite la possibilité de voir ce que l'on fait (zéro intimité).

TO AVOID!
Staff unfriendly, haughty, forsaken and interested only by money.
The room we were allocated was not cleaned, dusty and smelled like cigarettes. Also a window from the room overlooked the corridor giving people a chance to see what they were doing (zero privacy).

Pros: FREE BUS/AIRPORT Pickup. This is awesome.
Big Rooms, Comfortable Beds, Good Fans, Fairly quiet at night. Good Water Pressure in Bathrooms. Good Location.

Cons: No Water Refill Station for Reusable Water-Bottles. Internet Barely Ever Worked (Floor 2), Booked a double room but they only had twin rooms left, bathroom smelled a bit funny - even after cleaning.

It's not the best Hotel, and it's not the worst. The internet issues really annoyed me though, and because we needed to do some work we decided to go elsewhere. I would also recommend that they get a big jug of water for the lobby so that customers can refill their water bottles.
